AmeriDri Restoration guarantees the following sequence of actions to effectively resolve any mold issue:

The affected area of concern will be utilizing a method consistent with the scope of work and the size of the job, to effectively remove all surface related molds.  The affected area of concern will be treated with a plant-base anti-microbial fungicide to completely destroy the sub-surface mold root system.

AmeriDri Restoration guarantees that there will be no mold growth on the treated areas for a period of (3) year from the date of removal/mitigation.

We offer a  (3) year warranty which is fully transferable to new owners / occupants of the premises.

NOTE: This warrantee will become null and void for the following reasons: In the event that any modifications occur to the treated areas, whether intentional or unintentional without the expressed written consent of AmeriDri Restoration. A new source of moisture is observed in and around the affected areas that could compromise the completed work.
